    yeah not bad but only had the device 24 hours, I am hammering it at the moment lots of messaging calls web and email , I suspect it will last a day on heavy usage.

    My only worry about it is the battery life. I currently have an iPhone 3gs and that can last me about a day and half with just texting and a tiny bit of web browsing, get a little bit carried away though and the battery barely lasts a day. I jailbroke it and just watched the battery drain in a couple of hours (without use as well).

    I expect the N900 has a similar battery life too.

    Just a tip, download the fm booster you find in devel, just a script that sets the FM Transmitter to max, due to laws around the world it's strength depends on where you live.

    A good tip! mine is good for 5-8 meters as a standard setup (uk)

    so far i love this phone

    lots of space sexy as hell awesome sound quality

    im comming from iphone so the real keyboard is taking me a lot to get used to

    the phone is confusing as hell but im learning it

    i hate the placement of the headphone port i cant hold the phone and type easy with the headphones plugged in -_-

    i love all the apps it has and that its linux based

    i just got it today so maybe after a month ill learn it more better

    thanks for that never knew it existed only problem with this is you cant chat on this like you can on the iphone app, its good to comment on posts etc much faster than the full site on N900.

    Take your point however it is clear that the platform, or at least this firmware version was not stable. Perception is built on first impressions. Sad but true.
