Well, as you have probably noticed there are actually two icons for two different skin versions of the app. And as to change how either of them looks, you can modify the /usr/share/pixmaps/bg.png or gb2.png. I'll add a better support for skins later, but this was just a small experiement/promo for eurovision. I hope you all watched it on saturday.
With gapless playback, do you mean that there is no gap between the songs or that they cross fade each other? Former I can add, the latter is semi-impossible on n800 hardware while using dsp to play the files (and conserver power).
The first meaning is what I had in mind, simply to preserve the continuity of material recorded without gaps between tracks: classical, live concerts, dance mixes, etc. I'm not interested in cross fading.
