I have imported the cert, it seems to be stored happy., it is a self cert and i have the latest firmware.
If it's imported okay and shows up in Certificate Manager (marked as server), then that part of it's okay. If you're still getting the error then it's likely that your Exchange server is not set to allow non-provisionable devices.

Then you're best bet is to get some logs and see where it's failing - see the "Blame me for MfE" thread for instructions on how to do this.

They work fine for me with MfE.
