and decided to snap a few photos. The second shows how I cut a peice of wood, soon to be painted black, and secured the mount to it by taking of the vent clips and attaching through these slots to the wood. It is a friction fit in my aftermarket stereo mount (double DIN OEM stereo, so there is a little cubby under the single DIN in which I can slide the wood), so it is easily removed. It was WAY too shaky on the road simply hanging off of the vents. It actually looks really clean from most angles, and the unit can rotate side to side to accomodate a passenger viewing a movie or reading maemo mapper.
I have done so much searching that today I officially reached the of Internet!
Had to turn around and go back--anyhow my search for an N800 car mount kit
was unsuccessful.
Can anyone recommend?
