This seem to happen if you mount another filesystem but i didn't found a solution for it so far. Somwhere I saw that this could maybe tracker related, I'll try and reset the trackerdb ... let's see what happen.

the bugtracker state if you remove this files its fixed, at least for some users

/home/user/MyDocs/.volbak

Some suggest removing following files to fix the problem:

/home/user/MyDocs/.volbak
/home/user/MyDocs/.VolumeIcons.icns
