Is there something that can "emulate" /dev/dsp or at least trick the N900 to think there is one?
My "brand-new Maemo port of gbsplay" doesn't like to work without it.

So I just compiled
gbsplay
using SB2 (from MADDE) and it went fine.
Now I put the results into a subdirectory in ~/MyDocs/ and every time I run it, it says "permission denied". Even after chmod a+x.
Is this because of the
GREASE
FAT file system (I think)? Where should I put the binary?
And how?
Solved with rootsh. I'm stupid.
