I haven’t worked out what’s causing it but I’ve noticed recently that my n900 frequently drops calls. I’m only aware of it happening over the past couple of weeks – not sure yet if it’s my phone or my provider (Vodafone). Is anyone else having similar experiences?

Problem #1 - Phone call gets dropped when the phone switches from 3g to 2g midcall
Problem #2 - Sometimes when I answer the phone I can't hear anything from the other line. The person who called me can hear me but I can't hear them. I had this problem with my Nokia N97 also. This only happens on incoming calls. Outgoing is problem free.
Has anyone experienced these two problems?
