2 times since 13. Jan 2010, because of "device storage full" bug (at receiving SMSs, emails etc,) with at least ~27% free space on the root fs and ~90% free space on eMMC.

I've reflashed 3 times, but they were all simply because I wanted to remove all of my apps, data etc. and start again

Not yet bricked it. I'd imagine I will at some point, though!

Ones due to the pr1.1 update not being abble to install OTA because I had installed some software that had conflicting files.
