@frals, is the problem with auto connect the lack of ability to force which IAP to use?

I was reading the libconic API and found that ICD will choose the best connection.

    If so, do you think

    - disabling all IAPs (if even possible) except for fMMS's preferred connection,
    - then requesting a connection

    will do the trick?

Or maybe setting the IAP to automatically connect to temporarily and hope that ICD chooses that one?

The thread "fmms not letting me save pics" with six posts has been merged into this thread.

The problem with auto-connect is maintaining two connections at once, i.e. don't disconnect the user from the currently active connection

    Hey Frals
is it possible to add forward button and funcionality for open mms and maybe delete from outgoing mms (sender as You) reply button? Nice read and unread option but in outgoing msg even if I open it there is still unread.

I see. I knew it was going to be more involved.

FWIW, I just tried python-conic, and if there is no active internet connection, conic will connect to IAP selected as the 'Connect automatically' connection. I guess there's no surprises there .

No surprise, if there is no connection open fMMS autoconnects to the MMS one when receiving automatically (and has been for like, a lot of versions )

I'll have a look at it Yes, unread/read on outgoing isn't implemented yet
