Hi there,


i got a problem with my icq plugin for conversations...

For some weeks now it isn't working... Connecting is not able... :/

I dunno why.

I had tried to reflash the device... no chance... flash was successful, but all the "old" data was still present on my device.

Is there any solution to reset the "computer" to manufacturer state?

did you install rootsh before?

stop.
downgrade isn't neccessary any more.
just do:

sudo gainroot
apt-get update
apt-get upgrade

new libpurple is installed through this and icq works well again

(had extras testing + devel activated but maybe it's working without these too)
