So, I've been trying to use my Tablet to play assorted online, simulation games. I've found that some work, while some just refuse to display.
One of them that works extremely well, however, is Cyber Nations (www.cybernations.net). It's a fun game, and it works on my 770 perfectly. If you want to give it a shot, be sure to join my alliance, because we're looking for new members. Here are the links:
I signed up on CyberNations, it seems like an 'ok' game, it's a bit slow, but seems like it can be fun over time... just not really much of a game, it's more like a world full of chess pieces that take 24 hours before you can make a bunch of moves
I compiled and tested Daimonin Online RPG on N770. It works, but the screen and UI needs rework to shrink it from 800x600 to 800x480. If someone has time to do the program modifications, i can supply artwork.
Ur-Quan Masters is playable over the network (dogfighting).
There is a web-based rpg called Kingdom of Loathing ( www.kingdomofloathing.com ) that plays fine on 770's and 800's, or just about anything with a web browser, really. Its pretty quirky and humorous, if not pretty simple, play it on my 770 at work pretty much every day. If you want to play it in Opera though, make sure you enable javascript, it isn't required, but without it you have to manually refresh the frame on the right which details your status, which can be kinda annoying, with javascript it updates automatically. The game's community is fairly large and it has its own pretty decent, and sometimes really weird internet radio station, which also works on 770's and 800's at http://www.radio-kol.net/64/listen.pls
