It should be +ccddnnnnnnnn,+ccddnnnnnnnn
I can't remember if I tested multiple numbers on betamax. I'll try later and see if it works for me

Thanks for reminding me. I was busy in work during the week and didn't get a chance.
I'll run some tests this afternoon and get back to you

I've take a closer look at the multiple recipients with betamax. It looks like the HTTP sender that betamax use only allows 1 recipient per message. So for now it's only possible to send to 1 user at a time.
I'll look into ways around that possibly by sending to each recipient separately.

Well, I do not know if this information helps, but the page to send sms voipbusterpro is https://www.voipbusterpro.com/myaccount/websms2.php
I copied the source code and build it the same form externally, running in Firefox. With this form you can send SMS multiples simultaneously.

That's something I was considering too. What I use at the moment is the HTTP SMSlink described here and it looks like this doesn't accept multiple contacts.
My options are
* Pretend to be the form from the websms2.php page you mentioned. This will probably require logging in first etc.
* Break up the numbers and call the HTTP SMSlink page separately for each number
