When opening a podcast from gPodder v2.1-1 I see the yellow "notification thing" and it launches Panucci, put Panucci just shows the last file opened.
Python has been "optifed"(?), and Extras-testing is enabled.
I do experience the same problem. Is there already a bug to vote for or an available solution? I'd love to have the resume feature that should be working with panucci.
I think im too stupid.
I just tried to install Panucci 0.3.9.1 also worked without any error message and showed me succesfully installed.
Oh i use it on a N900 with actual Firmware 2.0xx
No I tried to open the programm it keeps on turning and closes down again
Im not able to run it.
Do I need any additional program for using?
Please run it in the X-Terminal by entering "panucci" and post the output here.

A re-install should fix your problem. I can't reproduce it here :/
I'm not sure if this has been asked already but I'll go ahead and ask again anyway. Is there anyway to get Panucci to stream podcasts? It seems to only work with gPodder integration when you open a downloaded podcast.

Panucci doesn't support streaming yet, that's why it does not work right now. Please file a feature request at http://bugs.maemo.org, so we don't forget to implement it eventually (in the Extras/Panucci product).
