Im ok with the software side of things, i know and understand the device is new and the good stuff is on the horizon.
Well...
-it lags from time to time.
-it takes quite a lot of time for it to install even the smallest app
but the most annoying thing is the fact that music playback often stutters/stalls/lags or whatever it is called when doing other tasks on the device in the same time. :/
Precise adjustment of widget position can be a nightmare, you know what I mean
However it has never let me down. Not even a single crash. Hard reset was never needed!

If using imap, at least in using gmail, messages is saved/sync to the draft folder... might be you're talking about sms

Camera is definitely better than the my Droid's 5MP, tested with flash or no flash, and no worse than my N95.

I swear, a lot of ppl bought real N900 and they like it because they have no comparison with for example N810 ! The only thing that can really be liked in N900 is Maemo5. Hardware and design is a joke.
Add dark screen, too small keyboard, misplaced Stylus and we share the same opinion
Hmhm, I don't find the screen dark (I even downed the backlight). The keyboard could have a 4th row, definitely (I like the n810 keymap, though I prefer the n900 touch). Ho, and I don't use the stylus at all
