It should do - I've not tried it myself but plenty of others have reported it working.

Try in X-Terminal:
apt-get instal -s

And install Ussd-Widget from extra repository.

I've done apt-get update, I tried to run again apt-get install python-imaging with this result:

ome/user/MyDocs/Downloads/DECODERS # apt-get install python-imaging

python-Imaging is already the newest version.
You might want to run `apt-get -f install' to correct these:
The following packages have unmet dependencies:
libqt4-maemo5-maemo5: Depends: libqt4-maemo5-gui (= 4.6.2~git20100128-0maemo1) but 4.6.0~git20100119-1maemo1 is to be installed
Depends: libqt4-maemo5-dbus (= 4.6.2~git20100128-0maemo1) but 4.6.0~git20100119-1maemo1 is to be installed
libqt4-maemo5-network: Depends: libqt4-maemo5-core (= 4.6.2~git20100128-0maemo1) but 4.6.0~git20100119-1maemo1 is to be installed
libqt4-maemo5-opengl: Depends: libqt4-maemo5-core (= 4.6.2~git20100128-0maemo1) but 4.6.0~git20100119-1maemo1 is to be installed

libqt4-maemo5-test: Depends: libqt4-maemo5-core (= 4.6.2~git20100128-0maemo1) but 4.6.0~git20100119-1maemo1 is to be installed
E: Unmet dependencies. Try 'apt-get -f install' with no packages (or specify a solution).

I'm new about that...please help me
