This doesnt seem to work when you receive call. When you pull the headphones to answer the call, as soon as the call ends the music plays through the speakers, so actually it offers nothing.
I had similar or worse experience. I was on silent and in a meeting (no headphones at all). Received a call and denied it, and the music player auto activated even on silent. Good thing was that I usually keep it on low volume with headphones out.

That's because "silent" is a *phone* setting, and not an audio setting. But it does suggest a possible bit of logic that should be added to the headphoned code:
-> If *phone* is set to silent, don't reactivate if output is through speakers...
Does that logic seem like it would address the above problem?
It's easier to say that it's just ridiculous...
Sometimes media player starts playing my current soundtrack after a phone call ends even when I was not listening to any song when the call was received. It doesn't make any sense receiving a call while on train and after ending it, music starts to play with everyone staring at you. It's just FUUUUUUUUUU
