have you check if your internet is connected properly or account username and pass is correct?

I am having a problem...
No sharing service is working on my phone...
Whenever i try to upload any picture via any service....the uploading just starts and stays there...and doesnt go forward...
thn after sometime it says...error occured...stop sharing?? i have no option but to say yes...
what do i do?>
