I´m quite sure this is in bugzilla and i have to say that I´m not sure that i would like that functionality. if you tap picture you got your editing toolbar and there is for example rotate tool. After using it remember to save picture from top menu.

The bug you linked says Linux as operating system(version 5).
Maybe it means Maemo 5? Should we vote for it?

I think I've found a bug on the image gallery, could anyone confirm?
1) Go to Photos application, select an image and Rotate it horizontally from the menu
2) Although the image seems to display correctly(rotated) if you set is as a background it's still the un-rotated version
I am not sure, but didn't the developers even test this feature before releasing the device?
Seems weird, maybe it happens only on my device though.
