There are some very nice mods (modified LED colours and vibrations, alternate boot video, different icons etc) mentioned on this thread that a lot of people (including me) are afraid to do because they have no knowledge of Maemo internal work and afraid to mess things up.
My question is, how difficult would it be to create an app that could do all the UI changes via GUI (something like Tweekr) ?
