I'm often getting docx and xlsx documents (OpenDocument Format used by M$ Office) via Email.
I would like to convert them on my n900 with a small python script found here:
http://www.artofsolving.com/opensource/PyODConverter
to pdf an watch them with evince on n900.

Koffice is available on n900
Python is available on n900
Evince is available on n900

Has anybody done this?

Regards, davall

N900, what a great device!!!
Tested the script on Easy Debian and everything worked out of the box. Started OpenOffice on n900 headless listening on port 8100 and converted docx and xlsx documents with the python script to pdf. Watching them with evince on n900 is fun.
Now running those things native on fremantle with OpenOffice 3.2 would be nice, even with better performance.
Don't know how to start. Any clue?
Regards, davall
