The BH-904 sounds louder, works farther away from the device, has VERY long battery life.
The BH-804 is sexy, just a piece of art and sounds very nice. Feels much more comfy compared to the 904.
But the battery life is shorter, much shorter than 904 and performance is less.
I simply can't choose. But if you must have only 1, take the 904, but I have seen the 804 at $56, making it possible to get both.
I have a BH-103 and it works fine except that it insists on beeping when I receive a call for about two seconds making it so that I have to wait for the beeping (four or five beeps) to stop before I start to talk. The people calling are disconcerted by the lag time as well. Has anyone else had that problem. If so, is there a solution?
Other than that they work fine (much more reliable than the HBH-IS800s which are cooler but as the opening post said they randomly disconnect sometimes in the middle of being used).
Do the folks using the BH-904s have the problem I describe?
I just got the Jawbone Icon for the N900 and so far it is great. Very small, reasonable battery life. Much better than my previous Motorola bluetooth headset. One thing I didn't like about the Motorola was that the maximum volume level wasn't high enough. The Icon is working fine.
I have an Icon a Prime and a Jawbone 2 and am having problems with all of them. They are very choopy and stutteing in the audio. The icon is a little different than the Prime and 2.
I would really like for the Jawbones to work.
I have a Blueant Q1 and it is working great, just not great battery life.
