Frals is developing an application called fmms - nokia are not implementing this - but they are helping him.

It has been in development for a while and is working (With a few bugs!) - ssearch the forums for fmms!

I'm trying to update maemo5 but it says "NOT ENOUGH MEMORY IN TARGET LOCATION" but i have 1.6gb application memory free. Can anybody help me with this problem?

No you don't - rootfs is only 256mb - long story explained in many many posts

Disable some repositories (of course not the Nokia ones ...).
You will need over 42MB in the root partition.

Wont have any use right now ..

Thought nokia will somehow implement it in the firmware... Like it should?! etc.. bla

Nothing major, probalby don't need update if you don't have battery issue.

I think Nokia is not interested in MMS. i agree with Nokia, never used one. I prefere e-mail
