Actually, the fact that this game isn't censored here, but most certainly would be on the iphone could be seen as a good thing. The fact that the game is still up is a testament to Nokia's non-censorship of apps.
It might be a good idea to make a PG version of this game with a dictionary more appropriate for children, like things they might see on the side of the road during a long car trip.

While the point that "censorship" is not desired may be valid, the fact of the matter is that many users will not load this app onto their N900, just due to the name. While I find the concept amusing. I will never load an app with that name. You, of course, are free to do so. The app will never reach it's full potential audience because, like me, many find the name objectionable, and will not install it.
I guess the solution depends on the app developer. If they are satisfied with a subset of the potential audience, more power to them.
