I was trying to download stuff and it kept saying 'Not enough memory in target location', so i disabled some of the catalogues like alot of people suggested to free rootfs space. But after i did that, now when i go into the application manager, i have NO application catalogues How do i get them back? I can't update, download, or even uninstall, i get the 'No catalogues in use error'. What should i do?

Try rebooting may help but more details are needed. What have you deleted/edited/disabled ect.

I did reboot, several times. I didn't edit anything, all i did was disabled maemo.org and extras-devel repositories, and after that i was about to uninstall some stuff that didn't use, but i couldn't, cuz at this point is when i realized all my catalogues were gone, alon with all my music/images/videos. That's all, i didn't download anything new, nor did i uninstall anything, or edit anything, all i did was disable repositories.

Hmm, if i connect the n900 to my computer in mass storage mode, i can still see all my files (pics etc) but if i through to access them through file manager on the phone, it just freezes. Which means my stuff are still there...somewhere, the phone just isn't recognizing it for some reason

can you not re-enable, or re-add the repositories?

I have tried that, i tried to add them back from here : http://www.nokian900applications.com...or-nokia-n900/ but got an error message. But if i am able to manually add them back, will that fix the problem with my files? (music et.)?

I has something like that happen as well.
First I had an error saying no repository or something, Then I tried to add them by a link. That didnt work so I tried to add it manually. Once I did that I tried an apt-get update, but nothing worked. I ended up re-flashing.
