    Glad to hear you like it. I hope it's now in quite usable state and I can leave it alone for a while. The 0.4 version seems like a fully working tool already. Anyway, if you guys come up with small enhancements, I'd be more than pleased to implement them.

    Kontorri..... I tried playing an avi clip at 16:9 and the playback was amazing!!!
    i Mean it was lot better than playing in the default m player. but due to that screen ratio..... most of the video was concentrated in the center. some of th peripheral part could not be seen. can u come up with any other ratio which can show the full video without cutting the edges????
    And an off topic question .....
    i ve not been able download video s from rapidshar. what happens is that after i enter the code and press download .....it immediately says download completed and it download s a 12 kb file instead of the 30 mb file i try to download. i tried pausing it and resuming it..... but the same thing happens !|!! any ideas ?????
    thank u very much for everything !!!!

    Konttori, what a great app. I tried v.3 yesterday with no luck and updated to v.4 today and watched a vid from youtube (Jay Leno & the 08 CTS) and everything worked perfectlly, would be great to have this as an dektop applet if this "upcoming" firmware upgrade doesn't have better codec support.

    Very sweet update.
    Supports now also dailymotion pages.
    A new button for easier and faster pasting of the url.
    A new drop down for playing already downloaded clips from the mmc.

    A note on the dailymotion. Clips from there contain stereo sound, which is especially nice for music videos and trailers.
    dont get me wrong uktube is amazing now but you told me early in the month

    You Said..
    Yes, there is a possibility of having one of those within a month. Depends a bit on how Coherence integration goes and how long it takes time.

    I know you said poss. but this would be great it you actually realese it. Can you give any info if you are close to finishing or are you consentrated on uktube. If not please release it soon.

    Thanks c22

    @c22:
    I haven't had the time to add video nor image support to ukmp. I've tried to add the upnp support, but I've been having far too much trouble in integrating it to coherence. Coherence is a wonderful library, I've just had trouble getting it to run stable in my osx. Anyway, I've been a bit ill this week, so not much development done.

    @sachin007:
    Press the 4:3 button. The title is a bit misleading and I'll probably rename that for the next release. That button uses the original aspect and size of the video. The 16:9 mode is intended for use in youtube or dailymotion clips that have black borders on top and bottom of the video.

    Phew: UKTUBE 0.5 is out!

    Many new features, just as the 'just download' button.
    http://konttoristhoughts.blogspot.co...be-05-out.html
    Also, much better support for dailymotion filenames as well as many smallish improvements. Read the blog entry and install from the link in the blog.

    Is it separated from UKMP yet? (I like UKMP, but I won't ever use it... I don't like interfaces that take over the screen. I want something that's more integrated into the tablet interface.)

    Well, it's a separate application, but the installer installs both of them.
    Also, just as a side note, you can just press the fullscreen button in ukmp to make it 'normal' app.

    I won't detach it from ukmp for a while.
