when im on a call and someone rings it goes to Voicemail.. however it doesnt show the persons number in the call list..... is this just how it is?

I will turn on call waiting for now anyway.

thats how it is, like all nokias unless u have feature (t-mobile have) which sends you a text with persons number (o2 and voda have too but then you cant have VM active)
