How to delete connection specific SMTP server?

I set up a connection specific SMTP server on my N900 and now want to delete it. I can't seem to do this from the UI. Does anybody know where this is stored so I can fix? What steps do I need to take? Does the email system have a daemon that woul need to be restarted after making any changes?

Also, any ideas why my T-Mobile connection is listed twice in the connection specific SMTP server dialog?

    Thanks.

Wow, somebody else with the same problem. For what it's worth, I had filed a bug report here:

I'm not sure if your adding a report will get the bug fixed, but it may help.

Clicking "Vote for this bug" is welcome.
Adding another comment is not needed and just creates bugmail, as I don't think that any helpful technical information is still missing in the report.

Thanks. I didn't know that's how the system worked. I'll make sure I vote on things then.

The bug report mentions gconftool as a tip but is a bit short on specifics. I gave up since it isn't more than a pet peeve for me but you might want to explore that option.
