Oh and #3-Don't even for a second do you want to compare Nokia's firmware release's to ANY console or PC gaming release dates..

If a new game console is released with the promise of a lot of cool games to be released for Christmas, and people buy it because of that, they WILL feel very badly when all games are delayed without even a mention.
By the way, any idea who has been delaying who? Nokia or Skype? That maybe a stupid question...
How does the integration process work?
Skype may be sitting on their software until the firmware update is out so they can ensure that Skype will work properly with the new firmware. It's annoying now, but it's probably a good idea compared to releasing Skype now and having a bunch of problems when people upgrade their firmware.
