I've only had my N800 for a few days now, and the Search function has been my friend. But I have not been able to figure something out.....

I think it's called the "Contacts" icon...the icon that looks like a couple of people on the left side...it changes color when there are new emails or a chat request......question.....

Is there any way to change the behavior of this? It seems like now that if I have 20 new emails, I have to actually go in and read every single one of them before it will clear this icon back to original color.

What I would like is that if I fire up email, that clears the icon, regardless of whether I read every new message.

Possible?
