Today I was searching for information and found what I needed on this forum. The I decided to write a message here. So I 've entered my password and posted message. It did appear. And then I've looked at address and understood, that I'm not at talk.maemo.org but on forums.internettablettalk.com.
It looks looks they are acting as transparent proxy, because message did appear on this forum.
Does anybody know something about this site?

Maybe the one who registered maemo.org also got that domain name and connected it with the Maemo servers?

Internettablettalk.com was the OLD maemo webpage when the N800 and N810 were about.

Since the N900 it has been merged into this maemo.org forum, personally I don't like as there are to many normal users, whereas itt had more developers and some very talented people, here their voices are drowned by the endless moanings of noob users.

More correctly internettalbettalk.com was rebranded and integrated with the maemo.org website. Maemo.org did not previously have a forum. ITT was the Maemo community and it makes sense to be integrated.

The move is independent of the n900/Maemop 5 and the increase in traffic. This is an outcome of community growth and not the move.

Ever since the original 770 in late 2005, actually. Reggie's initiative is what built this community, which later became talk.maemo.org.
