So far I haven't had those issues that most of the microphone issues seem to be about. The problem is that I hear my own voice during phone calls when using the stock headset (the headset microphone picks it). That happens also when I'm muted. So the playback of the microphone should be disabled somehow, but I wasn't able to figure out how could I do that. I also tried alsamixer but at least for me, there wasn't any control that would adjust the microphone playback. Any tips?

Hasn't anyone else noticed this? It's annoying especially when you are outside, listening a telco with headset. The microphone is muted from the phone, but you can still hear all the background noise the microphone picks so it's hard to hear what people are talking.
