Hi guys first time starting a thread, so if this is in wrong place, please mods move to right spot

Ok my question is for our little world of fiddlers is

when you browse files over your network ie music, video etc once you have choosen which media you then get a list of filters

all videos, folders, ratings, recorded tv, series, video actors, video genres and video playlist for example.

is there any way of removing these options and just having folders for example as this is all i ever do and would tidy and speed up my N900

The filters you are seeing are coming from the media server itself, not from the N900. You'd have to configure your media server or use another UPnP/DLNA media server software.
