Nothing easy. It's not available for mainstream use, i.e. Skype, yet.
The quality is poor and the pictures come out very dark unless in very bright light. Everyone is kind of hoping this will be fixed soon with a firmware update, but there is nothing promised, we are just hoping.

You can receive Google Talk video calls with it (Video call has to be started from a PC). You can also use aMSN (MSN chat client). It does video though I'm not sure if it does audio.

i found the Mirror app, its work but terrible quality 
and nothing for Skype ,yahoo ,aim
