My friend has decided to get an N900 despite my warnings ( she is a girl who knows nothing of tech) and she says her dad has subscribed her to vodafones find and go sat nav service.
Will this actually work as i thought the only way to get sat nav on the N900 was via sygic?

    Cheers
    Joe

her dad may be right. but vodafone find and go may be an online application instead of client application. Yes she'll run into alot of bolics problem with the N900 if she has no general experience of using Linux os before.

You are right sygic is the only official 3rd party application for set navigator for N900 right now that i know of. There are mapper and ecoach or similar apps in repository but those are opensource apps. May god has mercy on her lol.
