.
GPS still cranked up as late as hitting "GPS" button at "city station" input requester. 4 seconds later it returns with notification "Station not found!" now. :-/

GPS needs more than 4 seconds to get a first fix.

GPS should start with Fahrplan application startup

Also seems to me while I tested in parallel what I'm writing here, Fahrplan closed without me noticing. Another segfault, possibly caused by a DBUS signal Fahrplan doesn't know to handle? Ahh, yes it's reproducable

edit: ~120sec after start of app, fahrplan closes. Feature?

Just updated to 0.0.7 and it works great (somehow crashed for me before that). It's a neat little application, so thank you and keep it up.

However, I do have a suggestion: How about favorite routes or stations? For example, I wouldn't want to enter both station names over and over again if all I want to know is when the next train leaves in case it's taking me longer at work than I expected it to.

joerg:

ok i will start gps on startup, but its a bit complicated this way but i guess i get it to work. (currently using the gps change event to start search, have to change this.)

crash thing is not a feature

ezzo:

the favorite station thin is allready on my todo list, but currently i have only 1 to 3 hours the week for the app.

terofand:

can you supply some more information? under which condition does the error occur, from which station to which station are you searching?
If anything more is needed to reproduce this error, please be as exact as possible

Hi there,

today i found that the "Earlier" and "Later" buttons only seem to work 3 times. After that i have to use the back button to re-search the route to get it working again. Not a big deal for me but i think it's worth mentioning.

Yes, thats correct, because we use http://mobile.bahn.de/ in the background. There, the earlier/later links disappear after 3 times using one of them…

From "Kutzhof Feuerwehrgerätehaus" to "Saarbrücken Hbf" for example.
If I set it to "arrival time" it's working for some reason.

yep, confirmed…

strangely, this seems to be a bug at http://mobile.bahn.de!
just try to search for your connection there, if you set "abfahrt" it won't work, if you set "ankunft" it will! o.O

sorry, but in this case we can't fix anything in this application, because it just parses the results of http://mobile.bahn.de

edit: just wrote a bugreport to bahn.de
