E is used for jumping and D is used for tricks (same as shaking).

Well that's not my problem

edit:

I understood earlier than it's possible to change mappings of the controller's buttons

Yes they are exposed in plain text in wiicontrol source (which is python).

/me goes back to planning his giant ultra-generic input control processor & remapper library

Tuxrace has also entered extras-testing, please go and test at http://maemo.org/packages/package_in...l/tuxrace/0.4/

Testing instructions are at wiki.maemo.org

While I like the game and it's working perfectly here, I really don't like the packaging. Needing to download 30M for every single update sucks - can you not split out the data from the application?

You would probably still need to download everything, but yes I could and maybe I will if there new versions anyway.
