bumb and since many gps devices like tomtom do this- you connecto it with bluetooth and then it connects to radio, i don't see any problem using phone to make calls trough radio. This would be very good handsfree application. Maybe you could tick on/off if you want call to be made with radio on. So anyone up for the task?

the fm signal always drops when you plug the charger in. i just use the "fmboost" app to bring the signal back

I agree that phone over fm would be a nice option for hands free use. Actually, the car next to you would only hear the person on the far end of the call. I think they already have an after market product that does this called Magic Jack but it would be nice if it was built in since the capabilities of the phone are there already.

its not magic jack, its some other jack, only works with 2.5mm headphone jacks. majicjack is the voip usb dongle.
i really wish someone will make this, since poor people like me dont have a fancy car with bluetooth. one who feels unsecure and really care about privacy yhey just not need to download the app.
