Does anyone have a Wordpress account to contact this guy and ask him to get the app into Devel?

Maybe if you try to download the libeina-package from the repo and manually install it with dpkg -i?

Code:
wget http://packages.geexbox.org/pool/main/e/eina/libeina-svn-05_0.9.9.063-3maemo1_armel.deb /home/user/MyDocs/Downloads/

Have you tried "apt-get install enna"? Sometimes the app manager fails to resolve issues that apt-get has no problem with.
