I am trying to get UKtube and I need Python 2.5. When I try and install it it says I am missing some thumbnail to install it. Has anyone else had this problem?

Sorry dude I don't use public chat services like AIM...
After upgrading without a back-up I couldn't install Python either. Rather than hunt down each library it said I needed I found Python's Maemo Garage page on my N800

and first clicked on the base repository install button then the Python 2.5 installer button and I was dancin'.
If you upgraded with a back up or didn't upgrade at all, you may have apps still installed that depend on the old version (Python 2.4) . You need to un-install these apps first, then un-install Python 2.4 before installing Python 2.5.

Warning: It is necessary to remove ALL applications that depends on Python2.4 BEFORE you remove python2.4-runtime. This is necessary to ensure that all python2.4 packages will be correctly removed.
