    Where do these settings go?

For me the internal receiver has been so far good enough (Maps and edited Sygic works both fine).
What accuracy does your sygic app report, i mean did it improve it somehow?

    hi all,

whilst we're talking about sygic, anyone know if they've got maps for australia yet?

bought my N900 in the uk and then emigrated...

Although ovi maps is hitting a sweet spot on its own. I find that 'real' satnav software distracts you and you don't learn routes so well. The minimal experience provided by ovi counteracts this whilst still letting you know where you are. But lane advice would still be good...

Try looking for the installation file using the file manager! Once you click on the deb file in the file manager, the application manager will open automatically!

It was probably the right drive, try to find the installation file using the FILE Manager, not the App Manager!

Can you spot the file manager on this screenshot? It's the third from from the left on the top row!

The file you are looking for is called "SetupMobileMaps.deb".
