The icon, like Quicknote, was the existing icon. I would love to have a replacement icon for both.
If you are referring to the update in extras-devel:
To fix a bug I had to change the database. I don't recommend updating if you have mission critical stuff in it. I felt this was acceptable as multilist wasn't in Extras yet. You need to "rm -Rf ~/.multilist.s3db ~/.multilist*"
There is another bug preventing launch when you have certain columns enabled. I will be working on fixing this.

Yes friend, I did the update yesterday and it does not open anymore.
uninstalled and installed again but not resolved.

another suggestion:
if it were possible to customize the title of each column, it would be very interesting.
I think you should try adding kinetic scrolling and making the rows taller (more finger friendly)
I tried to change the scroll pane to a hildon pannable area directly, but it broke the editing of fields and cheching items
If you look in the changelists, it actually says makes a comment that I enabled panning but then disabled it. I would have to do the funky edit mode stuff or having editing out of line.
