Hi, I use mediaplayer on the N900 and want to find a process which reads the mp3 file. So I start the mediaplayer, turn on the music and do:
lsof | grep mp3
but in response I can see only mafw-dbus. Why is there no process that really plays mp3 file?

it is, but it works as a service. so it should be receiving the directives by dbus

i dont know the service name

but when it hangs, you should reboot the device to get your mp3 player working again

It's this one:

Code:
/usr/bin/mafw-dbus-wrapper mafw-gst-renderer
