If you've reflashed both the eMMC and firmware and still have the problem, then send the phone back - it's broken.

maybe you've already done this, but make sure you are installing applications and games meant for the N900 and not one of the older tablets

As other people have advised I would consider reflashing your device using the software updater. It seems like most probably some unstable software has been installed or your devices hardware is faulty. Starting from scratch is the best way to move forward.

ok i will do reflesh my devise but i worried if the software will damage or i will lose the songs and application that i downloaded before.

You will lose everything not on the memory card, so make sure you backup everything first.
