Does it work if you manually sync? I mean, just to check that things are working in general.
Have you checked the peak/off-peak time settings to make sure things are as you expect?

I have set up mail for exchange to get email every 15 mins but nothing happens. I have set the settings properly in exchange
Is there anywhere else I need to sort this out
