    is there an alternative data package in the uae thats free?

    i just came from a hotel...
    and the hotel had internet all around it.
    i live in the united arab emirates and i want to see if theres any free datapackage internet here

    As far as i know, there's no free data package plan in the UAE. If you do not subscribe to a certain data package, you can still use it but they'll deduct from your credit as you surf
    you can call 101 for more info
    I'm talking about Etisalat btw, not sure what Du's offering these days, but i wouldn't bet on free data package plans from them either.

    Has anyone managed to get the mobile internet working on their N900 in Dubai via etisalat? I mean the Weyak or WAP service. The default settings does not seem to work. It gets connected and I get an IP too but browsing any site just tries to keep loading and nothing happens.
