I am sure when pr 1.2 comes same whiners and cryers are still in this forum ranting same **** and crying their asses off.
I have feeling in my bones that it's coming next week!
When PR1.2 comes out the same pattern from previous updates will repeat:
- A lot of posts and new threads with similar subjects like "It is out finally", "downloading now", "cant do OTA update"
- Then, a few hours later the complains starts to take place: "bricked my phone", "some feature still missing", "new bug after update", "It is still Maemo, not Meego, why my God!!??"
- Finally, in a week or even sooner "when will PR1.3 arrive?" :

don't forget the threads about rolling back to PR 1.1.1 (is that the current one now?) because PR 1.2 introduced more bugs

newbie answer here, but i don't think so, don't remember doing so for the previous firmware updates. most probably you'll finally be able to download the upgrades of the apps you have that work on PR1.2

nothing is guaranteed. Some r going to have to reflash cuz their devices will be bricked (the mystery they will never understand). Some wont have to. Its your destiny, you will soon know. But its not going to be a documented thing by nokia that would say "hey you r going to definitely loose stuff", I'm sure that wont happen.
Well back to topic; for this thread, come here every 3 hours and tell us you didnt find the pr1.2 in the update area
Damn, I need pr 1.2 because of that simple reason that media player widget driving me crazy. play/pause never works. Sometimes you can pause the music, but cant start the track again...

not that big of a deal. just double click the widget and it takes you right to the play screen for that track
