that would still not play DRM-ED videos, like you cannot play netflix service on with that plugin from what i have found.

Nokia and Microsoft announced two year ago that Silverlight is coming to S60, S40 and Maemo. Maybe they make something ready for Meego...

Not that that says much about the Maemo version...I think that if any, it will be Meego that gets it.
The Linux plugin is x86 only afaik.
