ok in the browser option only has 7 tabs, desktop one is scrollable i have 12 tabs for now, and u have the 3rd drop down when u short press power button this has 8.

Same situation here. I have 9 status bar applets, all I have to do is scroll.

Not sure if this is what you mean.

There is an app in Extras called Powatool which lets you do this.
