For those of you who are thinking about overclocking, be careful. i did this and after a month and a half my circuit board was fried so do so at your own risk. If when you post about your roms workind/not working. Copy&paste your post and pm it to me and i'll compile a list of it all.
Also, i read on some website before that the pscx emulator, they have looked at the psx and used that to help. Why don't you look at the ps2 and see if you get anyhelp from that?

Tony hawks working here 45+fps on scph7502(41a) 800mhz fs 1/2 and cycle 3 love it,, quite hard to play though
Cool borders 4 as above 30~ fps plays very well
No bios, You need to set multiplier to 1 also. The only Tekken 3 iso i got working is a ripped one, where movies are stripped from the iso. (still crashes after first fight in arcade is over).
This is just my own experience. Maybe others got further.
(with built in bios it didn't want to start)
