hey there..
i noticed a big difference when i was dragging icons, contacts and everything on my desktop..when i first bought the device, i was able to fully and in a detailed way move the icons..very smoothly..but now i can only move them in some restricted way. <<sorry for my eng..can't explain how exactly.. i hope u got my point..if not please ask and i would try even more to explain.

so..if any experianced this issu and managed to solve it, plz tell me how.

did you install tweakr?

yeah i noticed this to and i have tweakr installed.

just open tweaker in settings and take off snap to grid lol i didnt even realise till now

IMO organizing desktop is kind of clumsy without tweakr. Just set the "Snap icons to grid" to small and you have enough control on positioning of widgets and shortcuts.
